With extensive experience teaching students of all ages in various settings, she brings a thoughtful, enthusiastic approach to every lesson, offering instruction in both English and Spanish.
Paula believes in nurturing a fun, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that helps students grow not only as musicians but as confident, creative individuals. Her approach is rooted in both technical excellence and joyful exploration, tailored to each student’s unique journey. As a performer, Paula has played with renowned ensembles such as the Fort Smith Symphony, the Norman Philharmonic, the National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia, and the Bogotá Philharmonic Orchestra. Her work spans classical concerts, festivals, musicals, and private events, showcasing her versatility and dedication to her craft. Her musical path has taken her throughout Latin America and North America, where she has engaged in meaningful work across performance, education, and research. These experiences have shaped her comprehensive approach to music and inspired her to share diverse musical traditions with her students. Outside the studio, Paula enjoys painting, drawing, jogging, and diving into a great read. |
