Kelsee WuebbenMasters of Music Education, Kodaly PedagogyKelsee Wuebben is originally from San Antonio, TX where she grew up in a musical
family. She learned piano at a young age and quickly joined the choir at school and church. She graduated with a Masters in Music Education with a Kodály Pedagogy from Texas State University. During her time there she studied under Dr. Philip Tacka and Dr. Micheal Houlahan, the authors of Kodály Today and the Kodály in the Classroom series. She taught elementary music for 4 years in San Antonio and 1 year in Killeen. She’s eager to take what she’s learned and transfer that to voice lessons and musicianship classes at Orpheus. Kelsee’s goal is to support each student be a better musician than they were the day before. Singing should be enjoyed by all, whether you decide to continue music as a lifelong hobby or take it into your future career. Whichever one you choose, she is happy help! |
