Rachel Kraft, Masters of Music Education
Ms. Kraft has always been passionate about music education and believes that everyone is capable of achieving their musical goals. Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, she got her Bachelor’s of instrumental music education from Missouri State University and taught band, choir, and general music in the Missouri public school system. Ms. Kraft moved to Oregon in 2008 to direct high school band and explore Oregon's many outdoor adventures. After living and working there for two years, she then moved to San Antonio, TX where she got her Master’s of Music Education at University of Texas at San Antonio.
Continuing education is one of Rachel’s top priorities as she continually searches for new and exciting ways to bring music to children and help them grow their gifts in music. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, and exploring the beautiful outdoor spaces that Austin has to offer.
