Practice is a battle every day, how can I get my child to practice without fighting?
There is no one silver bullet for this, but rest assured - this is totally normal! Many of the best musicians in the world hated practicing! The trick is to communicate with your teacher, and make a plan with your child and their teacher to try something different. This might include different music, a special project, a reward system, a change to the practice routine...the important thing is to keep it creative and collaborative to avoid power struggles

Everyone gets tired of video conferencing from time to time. Fortunately we have options for you! You can take a week or two off and then double up when you come back, you can switch to video-exchange lessons for a while where your teacher sends you a tutorial and you respond with a video showing your best work. Just talk to your teacher and come up with a plan!
