Allen L.​

“Allen has been a tremendous student at Orpheus for the last 12 years. He has participated in so many Orpheus classes and events, from musicianship classes to the Honors Quartet. He is now participating in guitar competitions and playing at his highest level. I am always impressed that despite his very busy schedule (with robotics, Chinese, and academics) he is able to do solid practice almost every day, and gets better every week. His hard work paid off recently where he won 1st place at the Texas Guitar Symposium in San Antonio. This summer, as he prepares for some of his biggest competitions, Allen will be practicing guitar like an Olympic athlete. Can't wait to see the level he achieves in the coming months!“

“I'm so happy and honored to be nominated student of the month! It's been such a fun time working with Mr. Stephen, Mr. Klondike, and also Mr. Devin at Orpheus these past 12 years. The only reason I'm at the level of classical guitar that I am right now is because of the guidance provided by my wonderful teachers.
